3.1 For Website & App Users
If you have submitted your information on our website (www.165gts.com) or enrolled in a course via the Classplus app and wish to have your data deleted:
Step 1 — Email us at hello@165gts.com Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Step 2 — Include the following details in your email:
Your full name
The email address or phone number used during enrolment or enquiry
Any additional information to help us identify your records (e.g., course name, enrolment date)
Step 3 — We will process your request:
Your data will be permanently deleted from our records within 7 working days
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
3.2 For Facebook / Meta / WhatsApp Users
If you have interacted with us via Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, or WhatsApp and wish to delete your data:
Option A — Remove App Access via Facebook:
Log in to your Facebook account
Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
Find "165GTS Chemistry" in the list
Click Remove to revoke access and delete all associated data and permissions
Option B — Email Us Directly:
Send an email to hello@165gts.com with:
Subject line: "Data Deletion Request — Facebook/Meta"
Your Facebook username or the email/phone number linked to your Facebook or WhatsApp account
4. What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive and verify your deletion request:
All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our internal systems within 7 working days
Where possible, we will also request deletion from relevant third-party platforms we use (such as Meta, WhatsApp, Classplus, or email platforms)
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Certain data may be retained as required by law — for example, payment and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years under Indian tax and accounting regulations. Such retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
5. Deletion of Minor's Data
If the data deletion request relates to a student who is a minor (below 18 years of age), the request must be submitted by the student's parent or legal guardian, who should identify themselves as such in the email.

7. Limitations on Deletion
