1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "Parent," "User," or "you") and 165GTS Chemistry Classes ("165GTS," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by D.V. Jayaram, with its registered address at Flat No. 201, K Block, Aparna Kanopy Marigold, Gundlapochampalli, Kompally, Medchal, Hyderabad.
By accessing our website (www.165gts.com), enrolling in any course, or using our app-based learning platform (via Classplus), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services
165GTS Chemistry Classes provides online and app-based chemistry coaching for students preparing for:
NEET – Medical entrance exam preparation
JEE Mains – Engineering entrance exam preparation
EAMCET – State-level engineering/medical entrance preparation
Foundation (Classes 8–10) – Building core chemistry fundamentals
Our services include pre-recorded video lessons, topic-wise notes, previous year question papers, practice worksheets, regular assessments, doubt resolution via the app, and performance tracking reports.

3. User Accounts & Enrolment
3.1 Eligibility — Our courses are open to students of all academic levels. Students under 18 must enrol with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the student's behalf.
3.2 Account Security — You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (used via the Classplus app) confidential. Please notify us immediately at contact@165gts.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 Accurate Information — You must provide correct personal details during enrolment. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by inaccurate information provided at registration.

4. Fees & Payment
4.1 Course Fees — Fee details for each course are displayed on our website and Classplus platform. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
4.2 Payment — Payments are processed securely through the Classplus platform. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
4.3 Refund Policy — Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. No refunds will be issued after this period or once substantial course content has been accessed.
4.4 Course Access — Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled course for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access periods are non-extendable unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
Use the platform solely for your own personal educational purposes
Not share your account credentials or course materials with others
Not download, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content (videos, notes, question papers) without our written permission
Not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose
Respect the learning environment and conduct yourself appropriately in any live sessions or doubt forums

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the 165GTS platform — including video lectures, notes, worksheets, question banks, course structure, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of 165GTS Chemistry Classes. Unauthorised copying, sharing, uploading to third-party platforms, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Platform Availability
Our courses are delivered via the Classplus app and our website. While we strive to ensure continuous availability, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by Classplus platform downtime, internet outages, device compatibility issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 165GTS Chemistry Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, exam outcomes, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by you for the relevant course.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during enrolment (name, contact number, email) is used solely to provide and improve our services and to communicate with you about your courses. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., via the Classplus platform). Please refer to Classplus's Privacy Policy for details of how the app handles your data.

10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
